Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the beauty products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
